Speaker rider

Fees and expenses: I charge a speaker fee and expenses, and expect that all other speakers at the event will be paid too. (This does not apply to not-for-profit and community events.)

Code of conduct: You must have a code of conduct that protects marginalised and minoritised people (and enforce it).

Accessibility: The event and any social events must be fully accessible. For online events, there must be captioning.

Representation: I only take part in events with representative groups of speakers.

Intellectual property: I retain intellectual property and ownership of my content.
